What will my Space look like inside?
9-foot high ceilings. Openable windows with wood sill. Wood Entry Doors, with deadbolt, lever handle and peephole. Wood trim at floor and around doors. Two 4-plug electrical outlets, 2 phone, 1 or 2 Ethernet and 1 TV Cable . (Larger spaces contain more electrical and other outlets.) Ceiling Light Fixtures with motion/timer switch. (Larger spaces may have 2 or 3). Electric forced-air heat. Flooring - Carpet & Pad.
Can I paint and decorate my Space? Yes!
Can I combine 2 or more Spaces? Yes! While they're available, you can open part of the wall between one or more adjacent Spaces.

What utilities are included? All utilities are included in rent. Your telephone and TV Cable would be extra. Basic internet is also provided free (see lease for details).You can also order your own high-speed internet from Qwest or from Comcast cable.
Do any spaces have sinks in them? Some office spaces on each floor are pre-plumbed for sinks with hot & cold water. There is a flat fee of $25/mo for the sinks, which will be installed by manager at tenants request. Please see typical sink location map click here.
What is not included? Telephone service, janitorial service inside your space, cable TV service, garage parking.
Are there any other added costs for the office spaces? No.
Is there a waiting area or conference room? Yes! Both are available in the building.
Can I network my computers between 2 or more spaces? Yes! The building Ethernet will let you do that.
